EXCEPT Battery Chargers, Jump Starters & Power Boxes which have a 24-month Australian warranty from date of purchase.
Conditions of Warranty
This warranty will not apply if the Voltflow Customer Service Team deem the product to be:

Handled inappropriately, negligently or in such a manner as to effect performance and operational life

Used outside specifications and installation instructions

Modified or altered in any way

Damaged from normal wear and tear

Damaged from misuse, neglect, or accident

Incorrectly stored
Or has had:

Insufficient or excessive electrical supply to the product

Has been fitted to a vehicle that has been modified or altered from original specification in a way that could impact the performance of the VoltFlow warranted product.
If you have a faulty product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately: sales@voltlfow.com.au. Please provide your order no. and attach images/video of the issue or fault, from there our Customer Service team will assess the claim.
If we request the item to be returned, VoltFlow will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
