products. Our ever-growing range includes Anderson-style plugs, fridge cords,

Q: How do I create a trade account?
If you are business with a current ABN please submit your details in the contact form below – please provide your trading name, ABN and anticipated monthly spend. Our customer service team will verify and review your details and will be in contact with you within 48 hours!
III. Ordering
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal – just choose your preferred method when placing your order.
Q: Can I pick up my orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-ups at this stage.
Q: How do I make changes to my order?
To modify or cancel your order, email sales@voltflow.com.au as quickly as possible
with CHANGE or CANCEL in the subject line. However, once the order is
dispatched, changes cannot be made, and you would need to take receipt of the
package & follow our returns process.
Q: What happens if my order is out of stock?
In the unlikely event of your products in your order being out of stock, we will immediately advise you of the approximate time of arrival for your item/s. Where we can we will offer a similar substitute product. If none of the above suits your requirements we will happily issue you a refund.
IV. Shipping
Q: What is the Shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $11.95. However, additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items or delivery to remote/regional areas.
Q: How long does delivery take?
We partner with Australia Post, Couriers Please, and Airroad for deliveries. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for non-regional locations and 7-9 business days for regional locations.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a
tracking number. You can track your delivery status by entering this number on the
respective courier's website.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within Australia.
Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it. Please provide photos of the packaging and the product itself and contact us for further assistance.
V. Returns & Warranty
Q: What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged item, contact us at sales@voltflow.com.au within 48 hours,
include your order number and images of the issue for a swift resolution.
For change of mind returns, items must be in their original, unopened packaging &
be 100% saleable, you will be responsible for shipping costs for such returns,
regardless of any initial shipping promotions.
Q: What is VoltFlow's warranty?
12 month warranty applies to all products, except Chargers, Starters, and Powerboxes, which come with a 24 month warranty. If you encounter a faulty item, contact us immediately at sales@voltflow.com.au with your order number, purchase date, and pictures of the issue. However, the warranty will not cover the product if it's been mishandled, used improperly, modified, or damaged from regular wear and tear, misused, neglected, been involved in an accident, or incorrectly stored.
Q: How do I request a return or a warranty claim?

Q: Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
No, our warranty does not cover accidental damage.
