Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are a flat fee of $11.95. Occasionally, there may be an additional freight charge for heavy, bulky items or items being delivered to a regional location. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
Q: Which courier companies do you use?
We have partnerships with Australia Post, Couriers Please, and AirRoad.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our courier partners typically deliver within 3-5 business days to non-regional locations.
Q: How long does delivery to rural/regional locations take?
Delivery to rural or regional locations may take up to 7-9 business days, depending on the remoteness of the location.
Q: Do you deliver to PO boxes and Parcel Collect?
Yes, we provide this service with Australia Post.
Q: How long will it take to dispatch my item?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
We regret to inform that we do not offer pickups at this stage.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a
tracking number. You can track your delivery status by entering this number on the
respective courier's website.
Return/Refund Questions:
Q: What happens if my goods are damaged upon arrival?
Our warehouse team packs items with extreme care. However, if your items do arrive damaged, please email us immediately at sales@voltflow.com.au. Include your order number and images of the damage within 48 hours. Our customer service team will get in touch with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Q: What happens if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@voltflow.com.au. Provide your order number and images or video of the fault. Our customer service team will review the claim. The faulty item may need to be returned, but we will cover the return delivery costs.
Q: What happens if I change my mind or order the wrong item?
To arrange a return, please email our customer service team at sales@voltflow.com.au. Attach images of the item in its original packaging. The item must be in 'as-new' condition, unsoiled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Otherwise, the refund will not be processed.
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirmation that it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you a refund via your original payment method.
Please note, shipping costs related to a change of mind return, including the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of return shipping back to us, are your responsibility. This applies even if there was a free, discounted, or other shipping promotion applicable at the time of your order.
